Become a Volunteer
Volunteering with Island Kids Cancer Association enables us to continue our critical outreach to kids and youth with cancer including their families. Our volunteers are integral to our programming and events, and we are extremely grateful for the ongoing support!
We have a range of opportunities available including helping at fundraising events, meal delivery and organisational support.

Volunteer With Us
We support, celebrate, and promote volunteering for all communities and in all its forms and different meanings. We value personal experiences of people of every faith, ethnicity, culture, language, age, ability, gender identity, sex and sexual orientation. We believe everyone should be able to access the health, social and connective value that being a volunteer gives to individuals.
Children, youth and families affected by the life-changing diagnosis of childhood cancer need support through all stages of their cancer journey. The Island Kids Cancer Association (IKCA) was formed in 2017, filling a huge gap in services on Vancouver Island. IKCA provides year-round practical and local support specifically for children and youth with cancer and their families on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.
We have volunteer opportunities through out the year, and would love to discuss what opportunity might be the best fit for you!
